Account and identity review
Account access, identity review and commercial trust have different purposes.

Email and account access
Confirming an email establishes control of that email address. It does not by itself verify identity, company authority or commercial performance.
Review decisions
A verification label must follow an actual review. It does not guarantee a person’s future conduct, the quality of every prospect or a company’s ability to pay. Additional information or corrections may be requested with a reason.
Identity documents
Document upload is not currently offered as a live verification service. Do not send passports, identity cards or selfies through the contact form or ordinary email. Any future document process must explain the information required, access restrictions and retention before collection.
Corrections and questions
You can update permitted profile fields and ask support to review an incorrect account decision. Account type, review status and administration permissions cannot be granted by changing your public profile.
