PACTRISE / POLICIES & RULES
Platform rules
Keep every introduction, claim and agreement clear and accountable.
Last updated: 2 November 2026
Real identities and authority
Do not impersonate another person or company, claim experience you do not have, or use a verification badge that has not been awarded. Company representatives must have authority to act for their business.
Genuine buyers and results
Do not arrange fabricated meetings, use unrelated friends as qualified prospects, submit duplicate or invented evidence, or misrepresent a prospect’s need or buying authority. A real person attending a call is not enough to establish a qualified result.
Respect introductions
Record the introduction and attribution under the accepted agreement. Do not hide a partner’s contribution, misstate an existing customer as a new introduction, or move a deal outside the agreed process to avoid an earned reward or disclosed platform charge.
Lawful offers and respectful contact
Campaigns and outreach must be lawful, accurate and appropriate for the intended business market. Respect a recipient’s request not to be contacted. Do not share confidential prospect data beyond the people authorised to work on that opportunity.
Evidence and review
Keep relevant records and respond honestly when a result or account is reviewed. Report suspected misuse to [email protected] with references and relevant evidence. Reporting a concern does not itself prove wrongdoing; both sides may need to explain their position.
