PACTRISE / POLICIES & RULES
Privacy policy
What information Pactrise uses, why it is needed and how to contact us about it.

Who to contact
Pactrise is the service described on this website. For privacy questions, access requests, corrections or an account deletion request, contact [email protected] from the email associated with your account. We may need to verify that a request relates to your own account before acting.
Account and profile information
We use information you provide to create and operate your account: your name, email, account type, company details, professional headline and markets. Public profile information is shown only where the service makes it clear that it will be public. Private account and review information is limited to authorised access.
When you continue with Google
If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares the basic profile information you authorise, such as your name, email address and profile photo. Pactrise uses this information to authenticate you, set up your profile and display your account identity. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendars for basic sign-in, and do not sell Google account data.
Messages and email drafts
The contact and newsletter-request forms prepare a draft in your own email app. A draft is not an email sent by Pactrise. If you send the email, we receive the information you include. Anti-abuse checks may process your request before the draft is prepared; do not include passwords, payment details or identity documents in these forms.
Security and service providers
We use hosting and database/authentication providers, including Supabase, to operate the service. Uploaded avatars, campaign media and identity evidence are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Identity submissions include your legal name, birth date, residence and issuing country, document type, document photos and a separate selfie captured with your camera. These are visible only to you and authorised identity reviewers, and are used to assess identity, prevent impersonation and manage disputes. They are not shared with other sales partners or companies. Contact [email protected] to request access or deletion; a valid legal or unresolved dispute requirement may limit deletion. Cloudflare Turnstile helps detect automated abuse and may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device signals. Google handles the Google sign-in service when you choose it. Providers process information under their own applicable service and privacy terms; some processing may take place outside your country.
Browser storage
Necessary session information supports sign-in and security. Campaign briefs and setup drafts may be stored on your device to help you continue a form. You can clear browser storage, although this may sign you out or remove an unfinished draft. We do not require advertising tracking to create an account.
Retention, access and deletion
We retain account information while it is needed to provide the service and handle legitimate security, legal or dispute obligations. We do not promise immediate removal of records that must be retained for those purposes. You can request access, correction or deletion by email; we will explain any information we need to keep and the reason.
Updates and choices
Marketing updates require an opt-in. You can ask to stop them at any time by replying or contacting support. Essential account and security messages are separate. Material changes to how we handle information will be reflected in this policy.
